Pump housing or pump casing: The pump housing is the pump outer shell that encases the pumps. It is typically made of cast iron or aluminum materials, although a number of modern engines use stamping steel housings. The cast grey iron pump casings are with low-cost than aluminum pump volute.

Pump impeller: The pump impeller is the rotating component in the pump that directly transfers the energy from the motor into the fluid being pumped. Pump impellers are classified as one of three types: Open impeller, semi-open impeller, or closed impeller. Their classification is based on whether they have a protective shroud or not.

Pump cover plate, back plate: Baoding Guokun can produce various cover plates in WCB ( Weldable cast iron), stainless steel CF8 or CF8M, duplex stainless steel and aluminum alloys.

Pump back liner: The slurry pump back liner is the inner lining of the slurry pump back casing, which a crucial pump wet components where the shaft passes through. The pump back liner is typically made of high chromium cast irons, carbon steel and stainless steel with rubber, polyurethane or special wear-resistant coatings.

Pump frame: Baoding Guokun can produce the standard or customized pump frames in cast iron, stainless steel.

Investment casting cast steel pump parts: Silica sol investment casting process is a very efficient and accurate casting technique that offers high precision, net-shape pump castings, smooth casting surface, reduced machining process for your stainless steel pump casting parts in UNS S31600, 316, 304, 316L, CF8, CF8M and other stainless steels.

Sand molding casting cast iron pump parts: Sand casting process is suitable for your cast iron pump parts in cast ductile iron ASTM A536 and gray iron ASTM A48. Compared with investment casting pump parts, the cast iron pump parts produced by sand casting are with lower cost and better inner quality.

Die casting or gravity casting aluminum pump parts: For aluminum casting pump parts in A380, A356, ADC10 or ADC12, Baoding Guokun will use die casting, sand casting or gravity casting to produce them.
